WHY IS FLOW CYTOMETRY IMPORTANT?
We provide an extensive range of off-the-shelf and custom flow cytometry panels for immune cell characterization in fresh patient tumor tissue. Study the immune landscape to identify and observe T cell activation, lymphocyte checkpoint inhibition, myeloid cell function, and use pHrodo-labelling of molecules to study phagocytosis and EdU incorporation to study cell proliferation.
We also pre-screen all incoming fresh patient tumors for viability and function using flow cytometry and can enable clients to pre-select tumors that meet their target requirements.
